How to Design the Perfect Onboarding Process

It’s important to design the perfect onboarding process for your business, but it can be difficult to know where to start. Here are some tips for designing a great onboarding process that will help you grow your customer base and increase employee satisfaction at the same time. 


1. Define your company’s values and mission.

 How can you expect to maintain a great relationship with your customers if you don’t fully understand what makes them tick?  You should work with your employees and customers to define what makes your business’s values and mission unique.  The more you can engage with those around you, the better.
